What changed?

As of July 1, 2026, Serbia’s tax administration implemented new administrative fee rates under the Law on Republic Administrative Fees.(purs.gov.rs) Major fee updates include:

Residence confirmation requests (for double taxation agreements): 2,340 RSD for individuals, 6,410 RSD for legal entities.(purs.gov.rs)
Appearing before tax administration decisions (tariff 7): 2,640 RSD.
Certificates or confirmations (tariff 11): 430 RSD.
Copying documents (tariff 13): 550 RSD per half-sheet.

Fees like tax certificate requests are a compounded fee (request + certificate) totalling 860 RSD, while requests for tax deferral are now 1,170 RSD.(purs.gov.rs)
