What is changing?
As of August 1, 2026, tax notifications for individuals—such as those for property tax (налог на имущество) and personal income tax (НДФЛ)—will automatically be delivered through the personal account on the Unified Portal of State Services (ЕПГУ/Gosuslugi), whether or not the individual previously submitted consent to receive them this way.(nalog.gov.ru)
If you’ve explicitly opted-out of receiving notifications through ЕПГУ, those notifications will still be delivered by mail or you can request to receive a paper copy from any tax authority or a public service center (МФЦ) within five calendar days.(nalog.gov.ru)
